Everyone keeps telling me dont eat papaya, dont eat pineapple, and now im scared of every fruit. Which ones do i actually need to stay away from? im in first trimester and dont want to take any risk.
The commonly told ones to be careful with are raw papaya and pineapple in large amounts, especially early. Honestly ripe papaya and a normal slice of pineapple is mostly fine. Just wash everything well and dont overdo any one fruit.
