Please dont try to judge this from symptoms, it doesnt work that way. The proper screening and scans are the only reliable way. If anything shows up your doctor will guide the next steps calmly.
There arent really symptoms you feel, it is detected through screening tests. My doc did the double marker and NT scan in first trimester, and they can do more tests if needed. Best to discuss the screening schedule with your gynac.
