We just started trying this month and honestly i have no idea what realistic chances are in one cycle. Im 29, no health issues that i know of. For those who tried naturally, how long did it take you?
My doctor told me a healthy couple has roughly a 20 to 25 percent chance each cycle in the right window. So it's normal for it to take a few months. If it's been over a year of trying, that's when they suggest getting evaluated.
We just started trying and I assumed it happens in the first month, so this is reassuring to read. Good to know a few months is normal. Thanks for sharing, takes off some pressure.
Don't stress too much yaar, stress actually makes it harder. It happens when the timing is right, just enjoy the journey. It worked for me the month I stopped counting days obsessively.
It really varies person to person, with my PCOS it took longer and that's okay. Don't compare your timeline to others. Tracking ovulation and staying healthy improves your odds, and a gynac can help if it's taking a while.
