Im in my 2nd trimester and everyone at ghar keeps saying eat dry fruits, eat dry fruits but nobody tells me which ones na. Almonds soaked, walnuts, dates... like how much and what all is actually good? Pls share what u all eat.
Soaked almonds and walnuts are absolute best! 🌟 You can also have 1-2 dates daily for that sweet craving. Just don't overeat them because they can increase body heat, keep it moderate! 👍
While almonds, walnuts, and dry figs are generally great, please check with your gynac once before starting. Sometimes doctors advise avoiding certain dry fruits like dates in the first trimester if there is any risk of bleeding or heat. Better to be safe and get a personalized diet plan.
I totally understand how much you want to do everything perfectly for your little angel. You can safely have soaked almonds and walnuts every morning, they are so good for baby's brain development. Just feel that beautiful connection with your baby and eat happily, dear!
Yaar, don't stress too much about the exact list! Just soak 4-5 almonds and a walnut overnight, peel them in the morning and eat. Dates and figs are also great but keep the portion small. Simple and easy, no need to overcomplicate!
In my 3rd trimester now and honestly, chewing dry fruits feels like a major workout. But I force myself to eat soaked almonds and walnuts daily for the baby. Dates are my savior too because they are supposed to help with labor, though carrying this weight is already enough labor!
