Same here, at 3 weeks I barely felt anything except maybe a little bit of fatigue. Keep eating simple home cooked food and don't stress at all. My delivery was normal and very smooth, so believe me, a positive start makes a huge difference!
At 3 weeks, both my little monsters were probably just settling in and giving me zero hints. I thought I just had a bit of acidity, had no idea I'd end up with double trouble. Enjoy this quiet phase before the storm hits!
Oh god, I remember searching Google every hour at 3 weeks because I had zero symptoms! I completely panicked thinking something was wrong. But actually it's way too early, most people don't feel a thing till 5-6 weeks.
Honestly at 3 weeks everything is so tiny and just starting. Keep a calm mind and pray for positive vibes, the body slowly starts showing signs soon. Just trust God and take light walks, drink good water.
3 weeks pe toh baby literally ek dot ke barabar hota hai, but our mind starts acting like we are 9 months pregnant! I was already searching for baby names and checking my non-existent bump. Just relax, the real symptoms (and vomiting) will catch up soon haha.
My mother in law told me that in the very beginning, you might just feel slightly sleepy or have a tiny bit of pulling in the stomach. Ghee or heavy stuff early on mat lena, normal routine rakho. It's too early to feel big changes anyway.
