Beta, dont try to read too much into symptoms. Extra tiredness, more vomiting, faster bump can happen but they fool you. Your first scan will tell clearly, till then relax.
Some women get more morning sickness, more tiredness, hcg higher. But these can happen in single baby too. The only sure way is ultrasound, so wait for that scan, dont guess.
When I asked my gynac she said high hcg levels and feeling symptoms stronger can be a hint, but not proof. Severe nausea and quick weight in early weeks were what made her order an early scan for my friend who had twins.
Ha I have twins! Honestly my nausea was double level, I was SO tired and showing bigger early. But truth is only scan confirms it, dont go by symptoms na. My doc found out at first ultrasound and I nearly fell off the table.
Symptoms? Mainly that you feel like you ran a marathon while lying in bed haha. But seriously sonography is the real answer, body symptoms cant confirm twins.
