Missed period is the biggest one. Along with that tender breasts, nausea, peeing often, mood swings. Some get all, some get hardly any. A home test clears the doubt.
For me it was nausea and feeling very sleepy first. My mother guessed even before the test. But trust the test and your doctor over guesses, that's the safe way.
