Im in my second trimester and one minute im crying over some random ad, next minute im super irritated with my husband for nothing. Is this what mood swings feel like? Just want to know what others went through.
Haha, one minute I am crying because my husband got the wrong ice cream and next minute I'm laughing at a serious news! Hormones are totally crazy, just blame everything on the baby and enjoy the attention.
I felt so guilty sometimes because I would get irritated with my husband for small things. I felt like I was losing control of my own mind. But once the baby was born, I realized it was just a temporary phase.
Same here, my mood swings were literally off the charts. Just try doing some light deep breathing exercises whenever you feel overwhelmed, it really helps to calm down.
I just had my baby last month and trust me, those mood swings were so real. I would literally start crying for no reason while watching a normal TV show. It's just your hormones working overtime, totally normal thing.
Mood swings are common, but if they are too extreme, do check your thyroid levels once. I had thyroid during pregnancy and it totally messed with my emotions until my doctor adjusted my meds. Regular checkups are very important.
I am in my 5th month now and my crying spells are getting so random. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one going crazy over small things. Did any of you also feel this anxious and weepy in your second trimester?
