Beta, in our time elders used to say so many things about positions and days. I tell my own daughter to not stress over all this, it only adds tension. Healthy maa healthy baby, that is what matters.
Gender depends on the sperm, na, not on any position. There is no real method to choose, whatever you read online is just myth. Better to ask your gynac about timing for conceiving in general.

Honestly there is no position that decides boy or girl, that part is not in our hands. I have a boy and a girl and nothing special was done. Just focus on timing and staying healthy.
