What are the precautions during first month of pregnancy?
Just found out im pregnant, barely a month. Im a bit nervous coz its my first time and i dont want to do anything wrong. What all should i be careful about in these early weeks? share ur experience pls.
I felt so protective in that first month, literally stopped eating any outside junk food. I immediately cut down on tea and coffee too. It's a special but anxious phase.
First month is very delicate. Don't lift heavy buckets or do heavy exercises, and eat home cooked food. Most importantly, start your folic acid after consulting doctor.
Pls be very careful dear, especially in the first month. Avoid stress, don't do rigorous household work, and consult your doctor immediately for the right vitamins.
I'm in my second trimester now, but first month was so scary. I avoided papaya, pineapple, and long travel completely. Did u guys also feel super nervous about every small movement?
First thing you should do is book an appointment with your gynac. They will do a basic check and give you safe prenatal vitamins. Avoid taking any home medicines without asking them.
My hospital gave me a whole list of do's and don'ts for the first trimester. Best is to ask your doctor clearly about travel or food, they guide the best.
Cut down on caffeine and completely avoid raw foods or unpasteurized dairy. Stay active but don't do high-intensity workouts. Keep it simple and healthy.
