First time pregnant and everyone keeps using words like trimester, second trimester etc and i just nod. Can someone explain the stages simply, like what happens in each part? want to understand my own body better.
Three trimesters. First three months, middle three, last three. First is the riskiest and most tiring, second is usually the easiest, third is heavy and you just want it over. Thats the short version.
When I was pregnant I felt each trimester was so different. First one I was so tired and nauseous, second one I finally felt like myself and started showing, and the third was all about waiting and that big belly. Three stages but every single one feels special honestly.
Looking back now it all went in three phases, the early adjusting months, the lovely middle where you feel the kicks, and the final stretch before baby comes. Enjoy each one, it passes faster than you think honestly.
Stage 1: why am I so sleepy and sick. Stage 2: oh hey I feel human again and I can eat. Stage 3: can someone please help me get off this sofa lol. Officially they call them the three trimesters.
Its divided into three trimesters basically. First is week 1 to 12, second is 13 to 27, and third is 28 till delivery. I loved my tracker app coz it told me what was happening each week, made the whole journey feel less confusing.
