What are the symptoms of labour pain in pregnancy?
Im 36 weeks now and getting a little nervous about how I'll even know it's the real thing. Sometimes I feel tightening in my pet and then it goes away. How did u all realise actual labour had started?
For me, it felt like tight waves that kept coming closer and closer! 👶 Also look out for water breaking or the show. Keep your hospital bags in the car and stay super excited, your baby is on the way! 🎉
Actually yaar, it starts like mild menstrual cramps in the lower back and then moves to the front. The pain becomes regular and doesn't stop even if you walk or lie down. If you feel that tightening, just call your doc and get ready to go!
I am currently in my 3rd trimester and literally analyzing every tiny ache thinking 'is this it?' from what my gynac said, true labour pain won't let you sleep or laugh. Right now I am just waddling around hoping it starts soon but not too painfully!
Look out for tightening that happens every 10 minutes. Make sure your hospital bag is packed and you've kept the deposit money ready because admission charges and test costs can add up quickly. If you have insurance, keep those pre-authorization papers in the file so you don't panic last minute.
I am 34 weeks now and keep getting these random tightenings, are those Braxton Hicks or real ones? My mom says real labour pain is continuous and unbearable, but how do we actually differentiate them in the beginning?
I totally understand the anxiety of waiting for that moment, dear. For me, it started as a warm, heavy backache that slowly turned into beautiful, strong waves of contractions. It's a sacred sign that your sweet little angel is finally ready to meet you.
