Morning sickness primarily involves feelings of nausea, which can range from mild to severe, and may or may not include vomiting. It's important to differentiate it from severe vomiting. If you're experiencing continuous vomiting, dehydration, or cannot retain any food, you should immediately contact your gynecologist or the hospital staff for guidance.
Morning sickness can be quite challenging, I remember it well. It's typically a feeling of nausea, sometimes accompanied by actual vomiting. It often starts around 6 weeks and can last till 12-14 weeks, though for some it's longer. Eating small, frequent meals and keeping hydrated really helps to manage it. Your doctor can offer more specific advice too.
It's a very common early pregnancy symptom, mainly characterized by nausea, with or without vomiting. It's often worse in the morning but can occur any time of day. You might also find yourself very sensitive to smells and food aversions. Try eating bland foods and staying hydrated, and consult your gynac if it's severe or you can't keep anything down.
Haan ji, morning sickness is no fun, na? For me, it was mostly just feeling super nauseous, like I might throw up any second, but sometimes I wouldn't. Certain smells would trigger it really bad, especially cooking smells. It's usually worst in the morning but can happen anytime, honestly. Lots of ginger tea helped me a bit.
Morning sickness usually means feeling queasy and sometimes throwing up. For me, it made it hard to even think about food, which can be tricky for nutrition. If it gets too bad, like you're losing weight or can't keep fluids down, definitely talk to your doc. Don't wait until you need an expensive hospital visit for dehydration, try to manage it early.
