Im 6 weeks and lately mornings are rough, i feel uneasy and dont feel like eating anything. Not sure if this is the start of that nausea everyone talks about. How did it feel for you all, what exactly to expect?
For me, it was a constant, uneasy feeling in my stomach, like motion sickness, and a total loss of appetite. Going through IVF made me tolerate it with a smile, but it is indeed very tough. Be very gentle with your body right now.
It feels like an uneasy, churning stomach, and you might feel like throwing up after seeing or smelling food. Don't worry, it's just the pregnancy hormones peaking. Try to eat dry biscuits before getting out of bed, and drink water slowly.
Nausea can feel like constant queasiness, food aversion, or actual vomiting, and it can be very draining. Having had a loss, I used to worry whenever the nausea suddenly stopped. If you ever feel severely dehydrated or worried, please call your doctor immediately.
It usually starts as a mild dizziness and a strong dislike for kitchen smells, dear. My mother-in-law used to give me dry ginger candy, which helped a bit. But if you are vomiting too much, please check with your doctor for safe medicines.
The nausea during early pregnancy felt like a non-stop hangover, honestly, where even drinking water made me feel sick. Post-delivery, especially after my C-section, that nausea finally vanished and recovery got smoother. Hang in there, it does get better.
Nausea feels like a constant vomiting sensation, especially in the morning or when you smell certain foods. Just stay positive, eat small portions, and pray for strength during this time. Take care of yourself and your little one!
