What are the symptoms of preeclampsia during pregnancy?

Im 30 weeks and my BP was slightly on higher side last visit, gynac said keep monitoring. Now im a bit anxious and just want to know what signs i should watch out for at home so i can call her if needed. Has anyone gone through this, what did you notice first?

My gynac told me the warning signs are high blood pressure, protein in urine, severe headaches, vision changes and sudden swelling. She said regular BP and urine checks are how it is caught early, which is why those routine visits matter so much.

I had preeclampsia, so please take this seriously. High BP, sudden swelling in face and hands, bad headache, blurred vision or pain in upper tummy, any of these and you call your doctor right away. Mine was caught at a checkup, so never skip BP monitoring.

High BP, swelling and headaches, please call your gynac if you notice these.

Watch for sudden swelling, persistent headache, vision spots and a big jump in BP. If any of that shows up, dont wait it out, get to your doctor. It is one thing you really cant ignore.
