What are the symptoms of pregnancy after conception?

We tried this cycle and now im in that waiting phase, watching my body for every little thing. I keep wondering what the earliest signs would be and how soon they show up. Pls share what u first noticed.

Same symptoms I had, the tiredness hit me first. Did anyone get light spotting around the time too? I wasnt sure if that was implantation.

For me the first hints were sore breasts, crazy tiredness and a missed period. I felt nauseous by smells too. Everyone is different though, some feel nothing at all early on.

Early signs vary a lot person to person, some have all of them and some none. A home test after the missed period confirms it best. If positive, book ur first gynac visit to start proper care.

Common ones are missed period, tender breasts, fatigue, nausea, frequent peeing and food aversions. But the only sure way is a test, symptoms alone can fool u. Dont diagnose by symptoms, just test.
