What are the symptoms of twins in early pregnancy?

Im 8 weeks and my nausea and tiredness feels way more than what others describe, plus twins run in my husbands family. Scan abhi hua nahi hai. Just wondering if there are early signs, anyone who had twins what did u feel first?
