I used a pregnancy app to track weeks and my appointments, it kept me organised. Also noted my questions for each doctor visit. Made me feel more in control honestly.
Eat balanced home food, take your prescribed folic acid and iron, sleep well and keep your checkups regular. Light walking if doctor allows. Dont overthink the rest.
Stay calm and positive, that helped me a lot. I would do little prayers and keep my mind peaceful. Along with that just take good care and listen to your doctor.
