Beta the main warning signs are heavy bleeding, severe pain, high fever and dizziness. If u feel less baby movement in later months, get checked fast. Otherwise dont scare urself over small aches.
The ones to never ignore are heavy bleeding, severe pain, high fever, bad swelling or sudden bad headache with blurry vision. I had a scare so I take these seriously. If any of these happen, call ur doctor or go in right away, dont wait.
My gynac told me the red flags are bleeding, strong cramps, water leaking, very high BP signs and reduced baby movements later on. She said note them and never sit on these symptoms. Regular checkups catch a lot before it becomes serious.
