My husband and I are trying to conceive, and I'm paying close attention to my body. What are some very early symptoms of pregnancy that I should look out for, even before a missed period? I'm hoping to notice something soon.
For me, the very first signs were mild cramping and extreme fatigue even before my missed period. Since I had a C-section later, I realized how important it is to listen to your body from day one. Take plenty of rest if you feel tired.
My first symptom was definitely tender breasts and feeling super bloated, like my digestion had just slowed down. I also had a weird metallic taste in my mouth. Everyone's body is different, but these were my earliest signs!
I totally understand that beautiful excitement and nervousness of waiting for symptoms! For me, a sudden feeling of warmth, tender breasts, and deep fatigue were the first signs. Sending you so much love, hope you get your happy news soon.
Honestly, I just felt like sleeping 24/7 and crying at random TV ads! Mood swings and crazy fatigue are very real early signs. If you also feel like your breasts are made of stone, you might want to take a test soon!
It's so normal to feel anxious and analyze every single pinch in your body during this wait. Some very early signs are mild cramping, bloating, and breast tenderness. Take a deep breath and wait till your missed period day to take a test.
Look out for missed periods, mild cramping (similar to period cramps), breast soreness, and feeling unusually tired. Don't stress too much over minor symptoms, just wait for your period date and do a home urine test to be sure.
For me, it was actually extreme fatigue and a super sensitive nose yaar, like I could smell food from a mile away! Mild cramps also felt like my period was coming but it never did. It's different for everyone though!
