I think im about 5 weeks and lately ive been noticing some soreness and a heavy feeling, didnt expect it this soon. is this part of the early changes? wanted to know what else to expect from others who have been through it.
All these early changes are your body slowly getting ready to feed later. Mine felt tender and fuller from quite early. Its a gentle, natural process so dont worry.
For me they felt heavy, sore and even touching was uncomfortable. I felt the nipples getting darker too in a few weeks. It was actually my first hint that I might be pregnant.
Tenderness, fullness, darker nipples and sometimes little bumps around them, all normal. They keep changing as weeks go. A good supportive bra makes a big difference, get one early.
Mine became so sensitive in early weeks I couldnt sleep on my front. Did others also feel this much soreness? It scared me a little but I read its normal.
