What can help with morning sickness during pregnancy?
Im around 8 weeks and the nausea is killing me, cant even keep water down some mornings. Its actually all day not just morning. Pls share whatever worked for u, im desperate.
Having PCOS made my pregnancy nausea quite intense and unpredictable. I found eating small, frequent meals of plain rice or khichdi helped, but ask your doctor if you can't keep liquids down.
Beta, suck on a small piece of ginger or keep some roasted fennel (saunf) in your mouth. Avoid oily and heavy food in the morning, drink lemon water instead.
I used to throw up 5 times a day and thought my baby wasn't getting any nutrition! But it's very normal in the first trimester, my doctor assured me and it stopped by week 14.
First of all, keep dry biscuits or toast next to your bed and eat one before even stepping out of bed. Empty stomach makes nausea worse, so don't keep gaps.
