Trying since around 6 months now and nothing yet, starting to feel a bit low about it na. We are both healthy as far as we know. Anyone who took time to conceive, what helped u? Open to any tips.
I used an ovulation tracker app and ovulation strips, it actually helped me know my fertile days clearly. Made the whole thing less guesswork. Just feed accurate cycle dates and it predicts well.
Few simple things, eat healthy, maintain a good weight, cut smoking and too much caffeine, and time it around ovulation. Most couples conceive within a year of trying. If its been over a year, then see a fertility doc for a checkup.
We just started trying too. I read that knowing your fertile window and staying relaxed helps a lot. Im also taking folic acid which my doctor suggested before planning.
Tracking ur ovulation days really helps, thats when chances are highest. With my PCOS my cycles were irregular so I needed my gynac to guide me. Dont compare with others, every body is different, give it some time.
Most important thing, dont let stress take over. The more tension you take about conceiving, the harder it feels. Eat well, sleep well, track your cycle and trust your body.
