What can i do to not gain weight during pregnancy?
First trimester only and already my clothes feel tight. I dont want to put on too much weight but everyone at ghar keeps feeding me extra. How do u manage this without skipping nutrition? Pls share what worked for u.
Haan na, weight control ke chakkar me stress mat lo please, it affects the baby. Ghar ka healthy khana khao and mild physical activity karo regular interval pe. Doctors specify healthy range, so let them guide u, tension nako gheu.
Oh god, honestly this was my biggest anxiety too, I kept checking my weight every single day! But please dont stress about not gaining weight because the baby needs to grow na. Just focus on healthy home food and talk to your gynac if u feel you are gaining too fast.
Actually my doctor clearly told me that standard weight gain is totally normal and healthy during these 9 months. Gynac advised me to avoid eating for two, just eat protein-rich balanced meals and drink lots of water. She said around 10-12 kg gain is completely fine, so dont starve yourself.

Haan yaar, ye weight gain ka toh darr sabko hota hai but baby ke liye thoda weight badhna toh natural hai na. Bas junk food and soft drinks thoda kam rakho aur ghar ka simple khana khao. Roz shaam ko thoda walk kar liya karo, sab fine rahega.
