Beta, thoda saunf after meals and warm water used to settle my stomach. Avoid too oily and spicy food. But if its very bad ask the doctor for a safe tablet, dont take any random churan.
Eating slowly and not skipping meals fixed half my problem honestly. I kept a bottle of cold buttermilk at work. For the medicine part just ask ur doc which antacid is okay for u.
Pls dont take any antacid off the shelf, some arent advised in pregnancy. My doctor prescribed a safe one and it worked fine. Mention it at ur next visit, indigestion is super common so they're used to it.
My amma told me to chew a little jeera or have buttermilk after lunch, it really calmed my stomach. Small frequent meals helped a lot. If it persists do tell ur gynac, they have safe options.
