Look, don't try to be a hero and suffer through constant nausea. Eat small meals every two hours, keep some ginger candy in your purse, and if it gets too bad, ask your gynac for a safe anti-nausea medicine.
Simple things like dry toast or biscuits in the morning worked best for me and saved me from expensive hospital hydration drips. But if you are vomiting constantly, then better pay for a quick doctor visit than getting seriously dehydrated.
