Just found out im expecting, pehli baar hai so im honestly a little nervous about everything. Want to know what all things I should take care of from now on. Pls share your tips.
It's so important to be gentle with yourself. Focus on regular check-ups, follow your doctor's advice diligently, and really prioritize rest. Listen to your body and don't push yourself, even with small things. It's okay to slow down completely.
Beyond the usual, regular doctor visits and getting all your tests done on time is crucial. I had thyroid issues during pregnancy, and early detection made a big difference. Don't skip any check-ups, even if you feel fine. It's for both you and baby.
Listen carefully. Eat nutritious meals, avoid junk food. Drink plenty of water. Get enough rest, don't overwork. Take your prenatal vitamins without fail. And attend all your doctor appointments. This is for your baby's good, so no excuses.
Well, first care: don't Google every little ache, you'll go crazy! Seriously, just focus on good food, staying hydrated, light walks if your doctor okays it, and lots of rest. And accept all the pampering you get, it's a short window! Enjoy it.
Care? Haha, where do I even begin? Eat well, sleep whenever you can (trust me, you won't get any later!), and just avoid lifting heavy stuff. Oh, and try to enjoy this phase before the real sleep deprivation kicks in. Good luck!
Yaar, so much to care about, actually! For me, regular walks were key, and eating fresh ghar ka khana. Aur haan, water intake is super important. Don't forget your prenatal vitamins, they are a must. Most importantly, try to keep tension door.
Humein toh ghar pe badi buzurgein bahut kuch batati hain. My saas always said eat healthy, sleep on time and don't exert too much. And avoid spicy food. Also, stay happy! That's what my mum also kept telling me.
Okay, 'care' is a very broad word! Right now, for me, it's mostly about waddling, finding comfortable positions to sit/lie down, and eating whatever my baby suddenly demands. Also, trying not to trip over my own feet. But seriously, listen to your doc, and hydrate!
