Lately i feel so anxious for no reason, heart races and im just restless. Im 7 months along. Is it the hormones or something im doing wrong? Anyone else feeling this?
Honestly, for working moms, the stress of managing work, home, and then a baby on the way can be overwhelming. Plus, the hormonal shifts make everything feel magnified. Try to delegate tasks, get enough sleep, and set aside some 'me time.' If it's too much, professional help is also an option.
It's a mix of biology and psychology, really. Your hormones are fluctuating wildly, which directly impacts mood. Add to that the huge life change, financial worries, birth fears, and the responsibility of a new life. It's a lot. Don't feel guilty about it; it's a valid experience for many.
I totally understand you, dear. Pregnancy is such a beautiful journey, but it comes with a huge load of emotions and worries. It's the hormones, the fear of the unknown, thoughts about childbirth, and being a good mom. Please know you're not alone, many of us felt anxious too. It's okay to feel this way.
Anxiety can stem from so many factors during pregnancy – hormonal changes, worries about the baby's health, delivery, motherhood. It's quite common. However, if it's impacting your daily life, it's really important to talk to your gynac about it. They can assess if it's normal or if you need any support.
Beta, ye toh normal hai pregnancy mein, bohot saari chinta hoti hai. Hormones badalte hai na. Thoda light music suno, apne mann ko shaant rakho. Kabhi kabhi halka tel se pairon ki malish karwa lo, achha lagega. Aur haan, apni maa ya saas se baat karo, mann halka hoga.
Mere saath toh morning sickness itni buri thi ki uski wajah se hi anxiety ho jaati thi, ki kab theek hoga? Physical discomfort, sleep issues, and also just the thought of the future baby can cause it. Try to find small things that relax you, like reading or a warm bath. And please talk to your doc if it's too much.
Anxiety is so common, yaar. The hormonal changes play a big role, plus the stress of a new baby. I try to manage mine with daily walks and light prenatal yoga, which my doctor cleared. It really helps clear my head. Also, talking about it helps a lot.
Yaar, so much causes it, actually! For me, it was the hormones going crazy, plus all the worrying about delivery, if the baby would be healthy, and even small things like 'will I be a good mom?' It's a huge change, toh thoda tension toh aayega hi. Just talk it out with someone you trust, it helps a lot.
