My lower kamar has been hurting a lot lately, im in my 6th month. Couldnt figure out if its just the weight or something else. Curious to know what actually causes it, anyone else dealing with this?
Back pain was such a constant companion for me during pregnancy, especially in the later months. I felt like my back was always screaming! It's mostly because of the extra weight of the baby and your growing uterus pulling your spine forward. Also, the hormones soften your joints, which adds to it. It was really hard, but knowing it was normal helped a little.
Oh, back pain, it's so common! It's usually because your center of gravity shifts as the baby grows, putting strain on your back muscles. Also, those pregnancy hormones relax your ligaments. I found a good maternity support belt helped a lot, and it's a much cheaper option than physiotherapy later on, trying to save up for the delivery costs, you know?
Back pain? Try carrying two babies at once! 😂 Seriously though, it's mainly due to the extra weight you're carrying, the shift in your posture, and those lovely hormones making your ligaments looser. Invest in a good maternity pillow and ask your partner for foot rubs. It won't disappear, but it helps manage it!
Beta, back pain is almost a given during pregnancy. Your body is working very hard to carry the baby, so the spine takes a lot of strain. Also, your body produces hormones that loosen your joints for delivery, which can make your back feel achy. Try to sit straight, put a small pillow behind your back, and do gentle walks. A warm oil massage can also give some relief.
Back pain in pregnancy is very common and usually caused by the extra weight you're carrying, changes in posture, and hormones that loosen your ligaments. Resting, gentle exercises, and a supportive pillow can often help.
Back pain is super common in pregnancy. It's usually from your changing posture due to your growing belly, and also the hormones relaxing your joints. Gentle stretching, warm compresses, and a good prenatal yoga session can help. But if the pain is very severe, sudden, or accompanied by other symptoms like fever or numbness, definitely see your doctor to rule out anything serious.
