What causes bleeding during pregnancy in the first trimester?
Im 7 weeks and saw some light spotting today, got really scared. Going to call my gynac tomorrow morning but till then im just trying to understand why this happens. Did anyone go through this in their first tri?
My doctor said early bleeding can be from implantation, a sensitive cervix, hormonal changes, or sometimes something more serious. The point is u cant tell the cause yourself, only a scan and exam can. So always report it.
I will be honest, bleeding made me very anxious because of my past. There can be harmless reasons too, but please dont take a chance, ring your gynac right away. Sending u a hug.

Bleeding can mean many things beta, not always bad, but never something to ignore. Get checked the same day, okay. Better to be safe and hear it directly from the doctor.
Some light spotting in early weeks can be normal, like implantation, but bleeding always needs to be told to your gynac. I bled and they checked everything properly, dont wait it out at home please.
