At my last scan around 30 weeks doc said baccha is in breech position right now. She said it can still turn but obviously im a little worried. Just trying to understand why it happens in the first place, did anyone's baby flip later na?
Honestly, after going through pregnancy and having a newborn, I barely remember what day it is, let alone all the reasons for breech! My baby just did what he wanted, haha. Just kidding, your doctor will tell you if it's due to fluid levels or uterus shape. Sleep whenever you can, that's my only wisdom now!
Breech presentation matlab baby ulta hai. Iske kai reasons ho sakte hain, jaise pani kam ya zyada hona, ya phir uterus ka shape. Doctor hi batayenge ki kya wajah hai. Tension mat lo, unke paas solutions hote hain, jaisa wo bole waisa karo.
Sometimes babies are just rebels, even before they're born, haha! They like to keep us guessing. Breech can happen for many reasons, maybe less amniotic fluid, or even just the shape of your uterus. But don't worry, doc will guide you.
Breech position can be influenced by various factors. While some say light exercises like certain yoga poses (if cleared by your doctor) might encourage the baby to turn, it's really important to follow medical advice. My instructor always emphasized listening to your body and your gynac for any specific movements during pregnancy.
I felt so anxious when my baby was in a breech position for a while. It's so unsettling to think about delivery challenges. My doctor explained that it could be due to the amount of amniotic fluid or sometimes just how comfortable the baby is. It's a journey of unknowns, but trust your medical team, they are there to help.
Breech presentation simply means the baby is not head-down. There can be several reasons for this, such as insufficient amniotic fluid, too much fluid, a short umbilical cord, the shape of your uterus, or if you're carrying twins. Your doctor will monitor it and discuss options with you, like external cephalic version (ECV) or C-section.
