Getting these dull headaches almost daily since the start of my second trimester and i dont want to keep popping tablets. Just trying to understand why they happen during pregnancy. Anyone else dealing with this?
Ugh, headaches are the worst, especially when all you want to do is enjoy your cravings! For me, sometimes it was dehydration or just not eating enough. Maybe a little treat and some water helps? But seriously, if they're really bad, definitely tell your gynac, don't just suffer through it.
Headaches can be quite common, ma. My mother-in-law used to say it's because of the changing body, and sometimes just not drinking enough water. But my doctor also mentioned things like hormonal changes, stress, or even lack of sleep can cause it. If it's severe or frequent, please do consult your doctor, they will advise the best.
Oh god, the headaches in my first trimester were real! For me, it was mostly dehydration and sometimes just exhaustion from all the hormonal shifts. My gynac told me to drink lots of water and rest. Towards the end, my blood pressure was monitored closely too, just in case. So, definitely mention it to your doctor if they're bothering you.
Oh, I'm just starting to learn about all these pregnancy symptoms, and headaches sound so difficult. I heard from friends that hormonal changes are a big reason, but also maybe not drinking enough water or getting tired easily. I think it's important to ask a doctor if they get very strong.
Pregnancy headaches can be due to a few reasons – hormonal changes, dehydration, lack of sleep, or even stress. Sometimes, low blood sugar or caffeine withdrawal also play a role. While most are benign, it's always best to discuss persistent or severe headaches with your gynecologist to rule out any underlying issues. Don't hesitate to seek medical advice.
