Im 19 weeks and getting these dull headaches almost daily, mostly in the afternoon. Thought 2nd trimester is supposed to be the easy phase na? Just wanna know what's behind it, anyone else dealing with this?
Hormonal changes or dehydration can cause this, but please get your BP checked at a local clinic as it's a cheap and important test. Don't ignore severe headaches because keeping track of blood pressure saves us from expensive emergency hospitalizations later.
I understand how scary every symptom can feel, especially after going through a long journey to get here. Headaches can happen due to blood volume changes, but please check with your doctor to rule out any blood pressure issues. Sending you lots of strength and gentle hugs.
My mother used to say that a simple ginger tea or a damp cloth on the forehead can cure it, but my doctor always advised checking blood pressure if headaches are frequent. It is mostly due to body changes, but please consult your gynac to be absolutely sure.
Ugh, these headaches are the worst, my head felt like a pressure cooker in the 2nd trimester! Mostly it's just hormones or not drinking enough water, but definitely tell your gynac at your next visit because pregnancy loves to surprise us.
Oh sweetie, don't stress too much, pregnancy headaches are super common due to stress, bad sleep, or hormones. Just make sure you are drinking enough water and resting. But listen, if the pain is too sharp or doesn't go away, please call your gynac just to be sure.
Haan na, second trimester starts and these headaches also begin sometimes due to tiredness or lack of sleep. Try to drink lots of water and rest in a dark room, it helps. But if it is too severe, please ask your doctor once to be safe, ho na.
It's usually just dehydration or screen time, so try simple things like a warm bath, resting, and drinking coconut water which is affordable and healthy. If nothing works and the headache is very strong, go to your nearest clinic and get your BP checked without delay.
