What causes high body temperature during pregnancy?

These days my body feels warm all the time even when ac is on, baki sab ghar pe normal feel karte hai. Im second trimester. Is it just pregnancy hormones or something to worry about? Anyone else felt this?

Please don't ignore high body temperature during pregnancy. I had a severe infection that started with a mild fever and it got risky. You must contact your gynac immediately and avoid taking any random paracetamol on your own.
