My eyes are itchy and watery since a week, mostly in the evening. I dont know if it is allergy, dryness or pregnancy related. I am avoiding drops till I ask doctor, anyone had this?
Hormones make eyes drier in pregnancy, its quite common. Mine were itchy too. Avoid rubbing them, blink often if youre on the phone a lot. If it gets bad or red, an eye doctor visit is wise.
My doctor said pregnancy hormones reduce tear production for some women so eyes get dry and itchy. Mine did exactly that. She suggested simple lubricating drops but said to confirm any drops with her first.

A cool clean cloth over my eyes for a few minutes gave me relief, and i kept screen time down. But if your eyes are red, swollen or your vision changes, please dont ignore it and see a doctor.
