I noticed some light spotting today and im around 6 weeks, got a bit scared honestly. Im planning to call my gynac tomorrow morning but couldnt sleep so asking here. Did anyone go through this in early days?
Light spotting can sometimes be implantation and harmless, but please dont assume, get it checked. I had early bleeding and it needed monitoring and rest. Any bleeding in pregnancy, call your gynac the same day to be safe.
My doc said light spotting in early weeks can happen from implantation or a sensitive cervix, often nothing serious. But she stressed any bleeding should be reported so they can confirm with a scan. So inform your doctor rather than waiting.
I get extra cautious about bleeding because of my past, so please take it seriously and call your doctor. It can be totally fine, but it always deserves a check. Sending you calm, try to rest till you can get checked.
