Sometimes between meals i feel shaky, dizzy and kind of sweaty, then im fine after i eat something. Im 25 weeks. Wondering what actually causes these sugar drops in pregnancy. did this happen to anyone here?
When my morning sickness was bad I couldnt eat much and that dropped my sugar, felt so weak. I started nibbling small things often, dry fruits, a biscuit, fruit. Helped keep me steady through the day.
Mostly it happens when you go too long without eating, especially in early pregnancy with the nausea. Keep small snacks handy and dont skip breakfast. If you feel shaky or dizzy often, get it checked.
