Since couple of weeks im noticing this whitish milky discharge and im not sure if its normal or not. Im around 14 weeks. No pain or itching, just want to be sure. Anyone else experienced this?
Yes, it is a very common pregnancy symptom and nothing to be scared of. I had it throughout my pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby normally. Just keep yourself dry and clean, and you'll be absolutely fine!
Haan, yeh bilkul normal hai, isse leukorrhea kehte hain. Increased blood flow aur hormones ki wajah se hota hai ye milky white discharge. Bas dhyan rakhna ki koi bad smell ya khujli na ho.
I know how terrifying seeing any kind of discharge can be when you've had a tough journey before. But a thin, milky white discharge is actually your body's way of keeping the birth canal free from infections. Just keep an eye out for any unusual color or itching, and tell your doctor at your next visit.
I have this too and my doctor said it's totally normal during pregnancy because of the estrogen surge. I just use comfortable cotton panty liners to feel fresh throughout the day. Are you experiencing any itching or burning sensation with it?
In my experience, this milky discharge increased a lot in my second trimester. I just made sure to change my cotton underwear twice a day to stay comfortable. But if you feel any discomfort or if the color changes, definitely ask your gynac.
Increased milky discharge is very common and actually helps prevent infections from traveling up to the uterus. As long as it is odorless and doesn't cause any irritation, you don't need to worry at all. Just maintain good hygiene and wear breathable cotton underwear.
