Getting this dull pain down in the pelvic area since few days, comes and goes. Im 22 weeks. Just want to understand whats causing it, planning to ask my doc also but anyone else had this?
Your pelvic bones are just preparing for delivery, which causes that mild aching. Doing light stretching and sitting on a birthing ball helped me immensely. Just be sure to mention it to your doctor at your next visit.
