Im around 5 weeks and getting that same cramping feeling like before periods. No bleeding or anything but it makes me nervous. Is this normal in early days ya should i worry?
I can only share that I felt some mild cramping in my first trimester as my body was adjusting. I didn't take any medicine and just rested, but I made sure to mention it to my gynac during my checkup. It's always best to let your doctor know about any pains u feel.
I am planning my pregnancy now and read that mild cramping is common as the uterus stretches to make space for the baby. But I've also heard that if the pain is severe, one must call the gynac right away. Hope u feel better soon!
During my early weeks, I used to feel mild period-like cramps, which my doctor said was just my uterus expanding. However, if the pain gets strong or if u see any spotting, please contact your gynac immediately. Rest as much as u can.
Mild period-like pains are often due to your uterus stretching and expanding. Please take plenty of rest, and if the pain is severe or doesn't stop, do consult your doctor.
