Sometimes my hands and body start shaking thoda, mostly when im hungry or after standing too long. Im 6 months and it gives me tension every time. Is this normal ya should i be worried?
If you are feeling a bit shaky, have some warm milk or lemon water with a pinch of salt and sugar, as dehydration or low sugar often causes this. But if you have high fever, chills, or severe pain along with the shaking, please skip home tips and consult your doctor immediately.
When I had severe morning sickness, I couldn't keep food down and my body would shake from pure exhaustion and dehydration. Sip some electrolytes or coconut water slowly if you can. If you are vomiting heavily and shaking, please check with your doctor immediately.
I remember getting mild hand tremors and feeling so shaky in my first trimester when my morning sickness was at its peak. Usually, it's just due to fatigue or empty stomach, but it's always reassuring to mention it to your gynac during your routine checkups.
Sometimes mild shaking can happen due to a drop in sugar level or just being a bit dehydrated. Try having a glass of fresh juice or coconut water to see if it helps. If it's a constant thing or if you get high fever, please do get it checked by your gynac immediately!
Shaking can be caused by hormonal fluctuations, anxiety, or even a sudden drop in blood pressure. Try to rest and have a small snack to keep your sugar levels steady. However, if the shaking is severe or accompanied by fever or dizziness, please contact your doctor right away.
