Im 9 weeks and getting these mild pulling cramps on and off, mostly lower part. Doesnt feel like period pain exactly but it makes me nervous everytime. What all things cause this normally? trying not to panic.
Mild cramping can be normal from stretching or gas, true. But please dont ignore if its sharp, one sided, or comes with bleeding or fever. I had a scare and was glad i called my gynac instead of waiting it out.
Yaar actually for me it was mostly acidity and gas pretending to be cramps, pregnancy digestion is so weird. Light cramps are normal but agar bahut tej ho to gynac ko bata dena.
Most of the time its gas, constipation or the round ligament pain as belly grows. Drink enough water, eat small meals. If cramps are strong and regular like contractions, then call ur doctor, dont sit at home.
I felt these mild cramps a lot in early months and i used to panic. My doc said its mostly the uterus stretching and ligaments adjusting. As long as its mild and not with bleeding its usually normal.
My doctor explained there are a few reasons, uterus growing, ligaments stretching, gas, and later on Braxton Hicks practice contractions. She told me the warning signs to watch are bleeding, continuous pain or pain with dizziness. Anything like that and call immediately.
