My feet have started swelling up by evening, especially after standing in the kitchen. Im in my 7th month now. Is this just normal pregnancy thing or something i should mention to my gynac?

I had huge feet by the end of my pregnancy, but it all went away after my normal delivery. Keep moving your ankles and don't sit with crossed legs. It's just temporary, so stay positive!

While mild swelling is normal, sudden or severe swelling can be a sign of high blood pressure or preeclampsia. Please check with your gynac immediately to get your BP and urine tested for safety.
Foot swelling, or edema, is very common because of increased blood volume and pressure from the growing uterus. Just keep your feet elevated while sitting and reduce salt slightly. But if you have sudden face swelling, consult your doctor.
