My breasts are sore and the area around nipples looks darker than before. I know body changes happen but still it feels strange seeing it daily. What breast changes did you notice?
Size increases, they feel tender and nipples darken, my mother told me this is the body preparing for feeding. All natural. If you ever feel a hard painful lump though, do mention it to your doctor.
They grow, get tender and the areola darkens. Later you might even see a little yellowish fluid, thats colostrum getting ready for baby. All very normal, your body is just preparing to feed.
Fuller, heavier, sensitive nipples, veins more visible, darker areola. Get yourself a good supportive maternity bra early, makes a huge difference in comfort. Both my pregnancies were the same.
Oh so many changes! I felt them get bigger, heavier and really sore early on, even the nipples got darker. It was actually one of my first hints that I was pregnant.
Lets just say I suddenly needed bigger bras and they had a mind of their own, sore one day, fine the next. Totally normal yaar, the body is just doing its thing. Comfy bra is your new best friend.
