My periods are regular sometimes and sometimes late, so I keep missing the fertile days. We are trying naturally and I want to understand timing better. Which day of cycle worked for you?
I learned its not just one day, theres a fertile window of about 5-6 days ending at ovulation. Ovulation kits really helped me pinpoint it. Cycles differ so its not the same day for everyone.
Pop your cycle into a tracker app and it shows your fertile window and ovulation day. I used that plus ovulation strips. The window is a few days, not a single day, so try across those days.
For regular cycles its mid cycle around ovulation. But mine were irregular so it was hard to predict the exact day, ovulation kits or a doctors scan helped track. Dont stress if it takes time.
Your fertile days are around ovulation, roughly mid cycle. In a 28 day cycle thats about day 14, give or take. The few days before ovulation are actually the best to try. Track your cycle for a couple months to know your pattern.
