Trying since 4 months and nothing yet, getting a bit anxious honestly. My cycle is mostly 30 days. Just want to understand the right timing better, anyone who conceived can guide?
Track ur ovulation, thats the key. Cycle length varies for everyone so dont just go by day 14 blindly. If ur periods are irregular, get a scan done to see ur ovulation timing, my doc did that for me.
From what I read, the fertile window is around ovulation, usually mid cycle. I started tracking my dates on an app and it made it less stressful. We tried every alternate day around that time.
We are also trying na, so I understand. My gynac said the days around ovulation are best, roughly day 12 to 16 if ur cycle is regular. She suggested not to overthink it too much.
I used an ovulation tracker and those ovulation strips, they show u the LH surge so u know the right 2-3 days. Worked for us in the third month of trying. Honestly the apps make it so much easier than guessing.
Don't stress too much over exact dates yaar, that pressure makes it worse. Just around ur fertile window and relax. It happened for me the month I stopped obsessing honestly.
With PCOS my ovulation was all over the place, so the usual day 14 thing didnt apply to me. I needed my doctor to track it with scans. If ur cycles are irregular pls check with a gynac instead of just counting days.
