Im only around 6 weeks and already getting this dull lower back ache. Didnt expect it so soon honestly. Is this normal this early or should I mention it to my gynac?
Omg I had this and googled myself into a panic. My doc said early back ache is super common and nothing to fear unless its severe or with bleeding. Did urs come with any other symptom? If not, probably just normal.
Ho na, thoda back pain start mein hota hai, hormones ka kaam hai. Heat pad lagao aur thoda rest. Par agar zyada ho ya kuch aur symptom ho to gynac ko zaroor batao.
Usually its harmless and hormonal, but I always say watch how it behaves. If theres any bleeding, severe cramps or it gets intense, get checked quickly. Better to ask the gynac once and be sure than worry alone.
Mild lower back pain early on is pretty common, hormones soften the ligaments. Both my pregnancies started with it. BUT if its sharp, one sided, or comes with bleeding or fever, dont wait, call ur doctor.
I felt a dull lower back ache really early and it freaked me out, but it turned out to be normal, just hormones loosening things and the uterus changing. Once my gynac reassured me I relaxed. Warm compress helped a bit too.
