What does constipation in early pregnancy feel like?
Im 6 weeks and havent gone properly in like 3 days, pet bohot heavy feels and thoda bloated also. Is this the pregnancy constipation everyone talks about or something else? curious how it actually feels for u all.
Beta, in early pregnancy the body changes and heat increases, so digestion gets slow. Try having a glass of warm milk with a little ghee at night, it helps clear the stomach gently. But if it is too painful, don't force it and tell your doctor.
Uff, for me it was horrible in the first trimester. I used to sit in the washroom for so long and feel so bloated all day. Honestly, drinking warm water in the morning was the only thing that helped me thoda dry stools pass.
It basically feels like your digestive system has gone on a strike. Super bloated, hard stools, and zero energy. I literally survived on coconut water and chia seeds, but definitely discuss it with your gynac if it doesn't get better.
I had this issue and because of my sugar limits, I couldn't even have sweet juices. I had to stick to high fiber veggies and lots of water. Please be very careful with what home remedies you try, and ask your gynac before taking any extra supplements.
Mere saath bhi aisa hi hua tha, pet hamesha bhara bhara lagta tha aur thik se saaf nahi hota tha. Bahut bechaini hoti hai isme. Aap bas thoda dahi khao aur ghar ka halka khana khao, jaldi aaram milega.
Aww, it literally feels like a heavy stone is sitting in your tummy! 🙈 You feel full and gassy even if u haven't eaten anything. Just have lots of fluids and keep smiling, this phase will pass! 😊
