I saw some light spotting today and im around 6 weeks, got a little anxious. Trying to figure if its the normal kind or not before i panic. Im going to call my doctor but wanted to hear how it looked for others.
I had a little brownish spotting early on and panicked completely. It turned out to be harmless implantation spotting and everything was fine. Still, I called my doctor the same day, and that is what I would tell you to do too, just to be safe.
Light implantation spotting is usually pink or light brown and very little, that can be normal. But honestly any bleeding in pregnancy should be reported to your gynac, especially if it is red, heavy, or with cramps. I had spotting and got it checked immediately, please dont wait.
Having been through a loss, I am extra careful about this. A few light spots can be okay, but heavier red bleeding really needs the doctor straight away. Please dont try to judge it yourself, call your gynac for any bleeding, okay. Take care of yourself.
