I am SO tired all the time, like I can sleep the whole day and still feel thaka hua. Im in my first trimester. Is this normal or does it mean something I should ask my gynac about?
Beta, pregnancy mein thakaan hona to shuru se hi likha hota hai. Dopahar ko thoda so jao aur khane mein dry fruits aur thoda dhoodh zaroor liya karo. Par agar bohot zyada chakkar aayein to doctor ko dikhana mat bhoolna.
Oh sweetheart, I totally understand how exhausting this feels. Your body is literally building a whole new life from scratch, so it's bound to feel completely drained. Please give yourself permission to rest and sleep whenever you can.
It just means your body is using immense energy to grow the baby and the placenta early on. I remember feeling so weak, but eating small nutritious meals and taking short naps helped me get through it. It gets better in the second trimester.
Humare ghar pe toh saas aur mummy dono kehti thi ki is phase mein aaram karna hi sabse bada kaam hai. Mere se kitchen ka kaam nahi hota tha toh unhone bol diya bas aaram karo. Family help ho toh thoda rest zaroor lo.
Arre fatigue matlab thakaan na, jo bilkul normal hai! First trimester mein toh lagta hai bas sote raho din bhar. Apni body ki suno aur thoda aaram karo, koi tension mat lo.
While fatigue is very common due to high progesterone, it can also sometimes mean low iron or thyroid issues. Please check with your gynac and get your routine blood tests done to make sure your levels are safe.
My mother always told me to drink warm milk with a little cardamon to ease the tiredness. But it is always best to trust your doctor's advice and mention your fatigue during your monthly checkup, just to monitor your hemoglobin.
